trei is a continuity program offered through partner practices. trei does not prescribe, dispense, or sell medication, and does not replace the practitioner who initiated your treatment.

What trei is not

trei is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow your practitioner's guidance and call 911 in an emergency.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of trei after an update means you accept the revised terms.
