This page describes how trei and its operator, BariAccess, LLC, handle personal and health information for trei's public site and program. Where trei acts on behalf of a partner practice, that practice and trei operate under a HIPAA business associate agreement.

What we collect

Account information you provide, program data captured through the app with your practice's enrollment, and, only if you choose to connect one, data from a supported wearable or health platform.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use wearable health data for advertising, and we do not train AI models on that data.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information at any time. See account deletion or contact support.
