Account deletion.

You can request deletion of your trei account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email hello@trei.care from the address associated with your account, or ask your practice's care team to submit the request on your behalf.

What happens next

We confirm your identity, then delete or de-identify your account data within the timeframe required by applicable law, except where we're required to retain certain records, for example under HIPAA record-retention rules that apply to your practice.
