Your practitioner's team enrolls you, or you request a review yourself if you found trei on your own.

trei doesn't take payment for medication and isn't a pharmacy.
Your program unlocks after your practice admits you.
Clinic-connected features, including your dashboard, your care team, and your plan, appear once your practice has enrolled you, not at download.

Connected health
Connecting a device is optional. Connection happens inside the trei app after your practice has enrolled you, not on this website. This page is an explainer; it does not complete a vendor login.
Courier and judge
Spike is the courier. BariAccess formulas remain the judge. trei does not buy or mention a vendor control plane on this site. We do not send your name, email, or medical-record number to Spike. Wearable data is not used for advertising. We will not train AI models on Oura data.
