If your practice isn't enrolled yet, request a review. We'll walk you through a short intake, then book a 15-minute consultation with your practitioner's team.
What happens after you submit
A member of the trei team follows up to confirm your practice and next steps, usually within one business day.
What it costs
Program pricing is set by your practice, not by trei directly. There's no charge to search or request a review.
Who contacts you
Either your practice's team or trei's onboarding team. Never a pharmacy, and never a medication sales call.
